Yes. Every database is a single one-time payment. There are no monthly or annual subscription charges. Quarterly data updates are included in your purchase price and delivered by email four times per year, indefinitely, at no additional cost. You pay once and the data keeps getting refreshed.
Your database is delivered by email within 60 minutes of purchase in CSV and Excel formats. Both formats include all fields and are structured for direct import into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and most major CRMs. If you need a different format, contact us and we will accommodate.
Every quarter (January, April, July, October) we send the refreshed database directly to the email address used at purchase. Updates include new entries, corrected contact details, flagged departures, and newly enriched fields. No action needed on your part. The updated database simply arrives in your inbox.
Standard and single database purchases are licensed for use by one commercial team within one company. Multi Database and Full Stack purchases include team-wide usage rights. If you need enterprise-wide or multi-office licensing, contact us for an Enterprise quote.

We have a clear accuracy benchmark: if more than 15% of verified contact emails bounce on first outreach, we will either replace the affected records or issue a refund.
